Registration:  2:00pm - 2:30pm Class starts: 3:30pm

 

Update What to bring with you:

  1. A Notepad (bring a good size hard back pad, as you'll want to take lots of notes)
  2. A Pen ( a good writing pen )  
  3. A Cork (from a wine bottle etc)
  4. A crystal, a necklace or an ornament (something special to energise)
  5. Exercise clothes for morning practices

Optional extras:

  1. A Yoga Mat (just added)
  2. A cosy blanket
  3. Warm clothes
  4. Slippers
  5. A water bottle
  6. Extra snacks
  7. A small torch
  8. A camera

Note: Please get your sleep in prior to the weekend! Ha ha

The Oonagi Workshop has been created by Bio-Energy Trainer Michael D’Alton. Each year Michael develops one new workshop taking practitioners and their practice to a higher level of energy and a greater level of success.

·        Coach departs Gartmore House for Glasgow Airport at 4pm November 29 Please allow one hour of travel time by coach each way.
